About who needs care: on oxygen, at home hospice care, has a visiting nurse, immobile and bedridden, needs undergarment changing, cleaning and hygiene care, sponge baths and some companionship. Would like 2-3 hours in the morning and 2-3 hours in the evening--split schedule. We can be flexible with the hours selected, but must be a split schedule. We have been experiencing problems with consistency of care givers showing up when expected. Please don't apply if you cannot come to the job consistently, thank you. About the care needs: easy going, kind and friendly, respectful, trustworthy and easy to communicate with and able to follow instructions. my mom is immobile and very fragile and frail. She needs a person who is able to change her adult diaper without injuring her. She is in a medical grade hospital bed with automatic adjustment capability. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
