About who needs care: My father is under hospice care and is currently living at a Rehab Center. We want to bring him home and need nursing care which will mostly be diaper changes, cleaning him up, helping with meals. Hospice Nurse will come two times a week and a Hospice CNA will come about 3 times a week. My Dad is at end of life and the hospice nurse believe he has less than 1 month. About the care needs: Adult diaper changing is our biggest need. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
