Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Elgin

I'm looking for senior care for my father. My parents live in Elgin and my mother can no longer help with all of his needs. My father is 86 years old and has early-stage dementia. He uses a wheelchair. He will need help with personal care (getting up, showered, and dressed, as well as getting to the bathroom). He normally gets up around 7:00 a.m. Bedtime is around 7:30 p.m. He also will need help with transportation to his appointments. My mother needs knee surgery sooner rather than later.
