I need companion care on 12/23 to take care of myself in Dundee. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. This is for a colonoscopy visit to a clinic in Hoffman Estates - about a 20 minute drive from my house. My appointment is from 9 to 11 a.m. and I'm to be there at 8 a.m. for prep. Should be back at my home by 12:30 p.m. latest.
