About who needs care: He has congestive heart failure and one leg amputated so is in a wheelchair. He lives on his own in a little condo. Takes care of himself but needs help making sure he takes his medication, getting to doctor appointments and maybe taking him grocery shopping. He does drink too much on occasion. Is just a sloppy drunk if he does over indulge. About the care needs: Someone who can lift a wheelchair in and out of their car. Services needed include: transportation.
