Overnight Help Needed For My Grandmother

Hello! My Grandma is almost 102 years old, sharp as a tack! She was in the hospital this past week and is coming home tomorrow. She is now quite weak having been in the hospital for one week. She is in an independent living facility, and has plenty of help during the day. We are looking for someone Thursday overnight thru possibly Sunday overnight to stay with her and just help her get out of bed when she has to use the bathroom at night. She uses a walker and is normally ambulatory on her own. She might need an assist in the bathroom to get on/off the toilet. We are hoping she will get stronger after a few days being back home.
