About who needs care: She needs assistance in getting up in the morning, do personal care and setting meals. She uses walker at home , needs assist in getting up. Uses wheelchair occasional when she's tired. Somebody is home the whole time, as she works from home. Morning is a busy time for her because she's mostly in conferences. Monday to Friday are the most preferred days for at least 4 hours in the morning. About the care needs: Compassionate, lot of patience, understands the needs of a the client. She should be able to transfer from bed and toilet with minimal assistance. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
