About who needs care: On hospice, stage 4 COPD. Needs help showering and dressing, and emergency administration of rescue inhaler or liquid morphine. Mostly watches TV all day. About the care needs: Someone laid back that is comfortable just watching tv but at the same time be aware of his current state. A sense of humor would be appreciated. Must be comfortable administrating liquid morphine under his tongue in an emergency. Major plus if they could also take him to Walmart on occassion. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
