About who needs care: She is very sharp, and a kind person. She has many stories to share. She is bilingual - English and Polish. She has some health issues - Congestive heart failure, kidney disease, diabetes. She does have a catheter. She has been back and forth between rehab and the hospital. Most recently she was hospitalized due to low oxygen. She has always enjoyed going to church, clubs, reading and doing puzzles (word search). This has all become somewhat limited. Ideally we would want someone to help her get ready for the day, assist with personal care, etc. A family member would be present most times as well. About the care needs: Someone kind, and caring with a sense of humor. Being Polish or Catholic would be great connection points. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
