Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Cobden

Home health care needed for my father in his 80s - seeking part-time hands-on care on Saturdays and Sundays 8am-2 p.m. at my parents beautiful home in Cobden. My father has a great hospice team and caregiver during the week. This is to help fill the needs on the weekends. My father requires guidance transferring from his wheelchair to a lift chair or to/from a raised toilet. He also needs help cleaning and changing his diaper. He has a urostomy bag to collect urine that will need to be drained a couple times a day. This is a pretty simple task. He is able and willing to assist where he can. Meal prep, especially breakfast is needed. Little to light housework such as laundry if something is soiled. My parents have an indoor friendly Labrador retriever which will require being taken outside to go to the bathroom.
