Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Cobden

I need a care provider for my father who is in his 80s and has end stage bowel cancer. Assistance with bathing and cleaning / changing his Depends. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a pet Labrador. Still wants to be independent, but is weak due to the end stage cancer. Transfers are from: bed to wheelchair to lift chair and to/from toilet will require coordinating raising him out of bed / chair to the next location (toilet, wheelchair, bed, lift chair). My dad has a great medical care team, but this care will augment and my mom and I along with my brother. Thank you!
