About who needs care: Conditions: She has chronic back pain, sickle cell disease, she has had multiple shoulder replacements on both sides, bilateral hip replacement and left knee replacement. Unable to walk, bath and dress without assistance. She will need her breakfast and lunch brought to her. When she has visiting physician, nurse and therapy appointments, she will need assistance preparing for them. Her ideal day would be bathing, dressing, helping her make her bed, taking any medications, getting assistance to her chair and companionship. About the care needs: Patient, kind, a good listener Must be able to assist with movement and walking. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
