Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Chicago

About who needs care: My sister was released from NW Hospital on March 4 after spending several weeks in the hospital. The cause was an auto immune issue. She is medically stable with medication. She lost a lot of weight and physical strenght and has difficulty focusing at times. She needs help with meals, personal care, medications, shopping etc. She has follow up doctor's appointments downtown. Ideally, a care giver would drive and take her to these appointments, or arrange another service to do. My sister is a professional musician, teaching and performing in the Chicago area for decades.
