Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother-in-Law In Chicago

Hello! I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother-in-law who is 83. Help is needed with bathing (shower), washing and drying hair, and applying makeup. She needs assistance entering and exiting the shower as she uses either a walker or a wheelchair (depending on the day), and is nearly blind. She is about 5' 1" and very petite. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion who enjoys chatting. We are looking for someone to come twice per week, on a regular schedule, but have some flexibility on days and times. My mother- and father-in-law live in a high rise, and my father-in-law will often be there at the same time (he does not need care). Preference for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
