Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Chicago

I am looking for a compassionate caregiver for my grandma and great aunt, Monday through Wednesday evenings; for two to three hours. Also Saturday and Sunday mornings; for three to four hours. My grandma is 94 years old, she is still very active and independent. My great aunt is 89 and unfortunately has early dementia, so she needs more care. The caregivers duties would include assisting them in the bathroom, changing their diapers, wound care and bathing. Other responsibilities include getting my grandma and great aunt in and out of bed and dressed. Assisting them with breakfast in the mornings and making sure they take their medication. Finally some very light cleaning.
