In-Home Disabled Care In Chicago IL

Hello! My name is Anthony. I'm a person with a physical disability and use a power wheelchair. I live in Chicago, IL and I'm looking for a reliable, dependable caregiver to assist me Mondays-Fridays from 9am-12 p.m. (days may vary with a minimum of 3 days a week). You would assist me with transferring, showering/dressing, toileting, and preparing simple meals. This is an ongoing/long term position. My care is paid for by the state of Illinois at $18. 25/hr and you would sign up as an employee of the state of IL.
