Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Chicago

About who needs care: My dad has suffered a severe stroke and has been admitted to the hospital 3-times within a 4 month period. He is single and lived alone but is no longer able to live alone and needs 24 hour supervision. We are looking for a in-home caretaker who can be here during day during the week to help. About the care needs: My dad is 6'6 and a large guy so would need someone who is relatively strong. He is a very nice guy who enjoys working with his hands and walks. Looking for someone with experience with caretaking for someone who's had a stroke/dementia. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
