Companion Care Needed For My Mother/Uncle In Chicago

I'm looking for companion care for my mother in her 70s and her brother in his 60s. Medication management is required. We're looking for some help preparing meals and medication prompting. One uses a wheelchair and just needs support moving from wheelchair to chair.
