Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Chicago

About who needs care: Louise has the onset of dementia and this can make her disoriented, especially after waking up from a nap. Most of the day, she naps or watches TV. She is not very mobile, mostly shuffling around from place to place or with her walker, so she does not go out. About the care needs: A patient person. Louise is known to get agitated but that is mostly when she feels helpless (like when she doesn't know how to operate her phone). She is unlikely to get upset at a caregiver. Mostly I need someone who can be there to keep her company and also IF she asks/needs, help putting her clothes on or heating up food for her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
