Companion Care Needed For My Wife In Chicago

About who needs care: This would be a ONE-TIME project conducted by a very qualified "Care Supervisor" who could assess my wife's needs and capabilities and then develop and write-out a "Care Master Plan". This masterplan would be prioritized by her need and time to complete. It may be an on-going, adjustable written plan that may (probably will) change over time and my wife's changing capabilities and external factors. About the care needs: At this point, I need someone who has the knowledge, analytical, and writing background to successfully complete this project. Note: It might be necessary to hire/use multiple Care. com employees. I look forward to hearing from Care. com as soon as possible. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
