Companion Care Needed For My Sister In Chicago

We need companion care for my sister in Chicago. She has Korsakoff syndrome (memory disability). She is generally cheerful and good natured. Managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can help with light housekeeping including laundry. Additional responsibilities include simple meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship such as playing puzzles, card games, art projects, and going out for walks / light fitness. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a cat.
