About who needs care: Hi! Im a 48-year-old 4x transplant recipient who lives in Louisiana . My care is at Downtown Chicago . I have a 9-year-old girl and I am pretty active. I am coming into town for an outpatient Cath and angiogram of my transplanted heart and need a caregiver to pick me up from the hospital and take me to my hotel room which is across the Street from the hospital. About the care needs: Someone kind, trustworthy , has a sense of humor, and is reliable !! Services needed include: transportation.
