Hands-on Care Needed For My Father .

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. We are searching for someone who can work periodically and provide assistance with transferring and light tasks. My father has a history of a stroke but is able to transfer to wheelchair on his own. Minimal attendance with transfers and minimal support with use of bathroom.
