seeking somebody to accompany me to the hospital as I am having a surgery done ( NOV. 21 ) and am not allowed to go home on my own .. job may include talking to the surgeon and writing down instructions ( if needed ) . but requires transportation to and from the hospital .. does NOT include heavy lifting but MAY include helping with crutches .. thanks ..
