About the job
About who needs care: Mom is isolated and depressed. We are trying to get her healthy enough for major back surgery. She is in a lot of pain often, and is unable to go out for walks on her own. She seems to be in the beginning stages of Dementia, which is scary for us both. About the care needs: Someone patient and understanding, can talk to her about her interests, and not become frustrated with her. Light housekeeping, taking her for short walks outside, making sure she has taken medicines and has eaten. Put a smile on her face :) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
