We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to support our 24-year-old autistic son. -Job will be 40 hours per week (might have some extra hours available Preferred (but not required) - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. - Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. - Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. - Reliable and punctual.
