About who needs care: My father has Parkinson's. He is highly intelligent and reads a lot. He has trouble with mobility. He lives with my mother who is an active 85-year-old but having difficulty caring for him herself. She is also having some surgery soon and will not be able to drive. For the right person, there is also a possibility of housing in a nice studio apartment above the garage (coach house) as we figure out what my father needs. About the care needs: Outgoing, good communicator, good problem solver. Someone who reads and likes to talk about current affairs. Also, someone who enjoys nature and caring for the environment, and crossword puzzles. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
