Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Chicago

About who needs care: I have a lot of medical issues. I am partially paralyzed so I have a cane and my walker which makes things difficult for me to do around the house safely. I like reading, doing crafts, fishing. I would love to be able to have a better structure in my by easing my things around so that I can have a little time to myself to do the things that I love to do again. Thank you. I also will be 50 in a few short months. About the care needs: I am looking for someone who is fun and upbeat but yet patient and gentle with me. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
