Job Location: West Champaign Area Description: We are three males in our 30s with a physical disability who need assistance with activities of daily living. Three residents is looking for a PA for the night shift on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m. Requirements - Be punctual, reliable, safety conscious, and communicative. I need people to commit to a schedule, but please let me know in advance if you need time off. Reliability is very important. Pay Details - You will be paid by the third party agency and fill out paperwork before starting work. You must provide DHS copies of your Driver's License or State ID and Social Security Card. The pay rate is currently $18. 25 per hour. Thank you!
