Job Location: West Champaign, near the intersection of Windsor and Mattis Description: We are three males in our 30s with a physical disability who need assistance with activities of daily living. One resident is looking for a PA for the morning shift on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. Requirements - Be punctual, reliable, safety conscious, and communicative. I need people to commit to a schedule, but please let me know in advance if you need time off. Reliability is critical. Pay Details - You will be paid by the Illinois Department of Human Services (Home Services Program) and fill out paperwork before starting work. You must provide DHS copies of your Driver's License or State ID and Social Security Card. The pay rate for DHS PAs is currently $18. 25 per hour. Thank you!
