Job Location: West Champaign. Description: We are three males in our 30s with a physical disability who need assistance with activities of daily living, including getting out of bed, showering, dressing, meal assistance, bathroom assistance, getting into bed, and routine cleaning/laundry activities. Requirements - Be punctual, reliable, safety conscious, and communicative. I need people to commit to a schedule, but please let me know in advance if you need time off. Reliability is very important. Pay Details - You will be paid by the Illinois Department of Human Services (Program) and fill out paperwork before starting work. You must provide program copies of your Driver's License or State ID and your Social Security Card. The pay rate for program is currently $17. 75 per hour.
