About who needs care: She was an extremely active person, but now has a hard time moving around. I would like to keep her active by having the caregiver go for walks with her and provide physical therapy exercises that will improve movement. About the care needs: Someone who is charismatic, clean, orderly and has energy would be a good fit, I would like someone who is certified in therapy. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
