About who needs care: Has Multiple sclerosis Is 86 years old Non-ambulatory (total assist to transfer); is light and has a hoyer lift if needed. Need assistance with transferring 2x a day to get into and out of bed (and onto toilet). would be from 9-10 a.m. and 8-9 p.m. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
