Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Aurora

About who needs care: Mom - 88 - Alzheimer's, Dementia, Blind in one eye, High blood pressure. Dad - 90 - Heart Condition, limited mobility. Need someone who speaks Spanish, be able to monitor medication. Need meals prepped. Currently, minimal mobility due to myself being at work and people coming in and out to check in while I cannot be there. About the care needs: Spanish speaking, willing to adapt to stubbornness. I am really looking for someone to help me due to other family members unwillingness to help. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
