About the job
About who needs care: Mom has history of heart disease and most recently last three months experienced worsening heart failure but now is doing much better. I am looking for someone that is more companion care. Light household cleaning laundry, some cooking, grocery shopping, taking her for hair appointment and possibly to weekly church. Making sure ready for bed in evening and taking medication. She is fully ambulatory. Uses a walker when she is tired. About the care needs: Mom is usually open to conversations. Probably not someone who is overly chatty. She cares for her house plants and likes to watch cubs and golf. The only real skills would be to know if and when she would experience heart related issues to call for emergency vehicle. She has life line button to push Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
