Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Algonquin

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Ideally just want someone to spend nights with her. More likely than not there will be no work. She still sleeps thru the night but just want someone there in case. She's going to be coming home from cardiac rehab in the next week possibly and trying to get a plan together.
