About who needs care: We are looking for someone to come in and help with ADLs. Preparing food, helping with personal care like toileting when needed, and just sit with him and watch tv or talk. He walks with a walker and transfers easily but sometimes needs assistance as he can be a fall risk. It would mostly just be sitting with him and providing companionship. About the care needs: Someone who is compassionate and does not mind hearing the same stories over and over. Someone who likes to talk about cars or animals. Non smoker is a must. Professional and caring. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
