Seeking Full-time Home Care Provider In West Des Moines

We are searching for a home care provider with at least 2 years experience to care for a single older woman in her 50's with a controlled mental health condition. She is physically active, sociable and likes to go out to eat, go shopping and enjoys going to farmers markets. Our care needs are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light house keeping is needed. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation, provide companionship, help with all shopping needs and transportation to day habilitation program, doctor's appointments, running errands, going to special events, etc. Pay depends on availability and experience. Prefer live in home care not required
