Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Maquoketa

About who needs care: My mother needs assistance in the mornings and early afternoons in my home. She needs help dressing and going to the bathroom, she is incontinent and needs to be changed every morning as well as cleaned up (this is mainly a urine issue not a bowl movement issue). She would possibly need a sponge bath once or twice a week. 3 times a week she needs a vaginal cream used although that could change, she has a ob/gyn appointment in a couple days and it might get discontinued. I will be there with the caregiver. There's no household chores of any kind, I do all the cooking, cleaning and laundry. I may need help getting her to and from dr appointments but I would do the driving in my own car,, I would just like help. I will cook for both my mom and the caregiver if they wanted to eat, hours would be from 8 or 9 in the morning till noon or 1 in the afternoon. These hours can be flexible to fit both ours and the caregivers need. additional hours may be available on weekends if interested. About the care needs: They need the ability to assist her at times in getting up out of bed or a chair but my mother can help, she's not a complete invalid. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
