Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Iowa City

About who needs care: I am 72-year-old widow living in downtown Iowa City. I have neuropathy in my feet and severe osteoporosis so I use a walker at all times for balance and security. I am looking for someone cheerful and helpful to meet me at my condo for a flexible set of hours per day that will change based on what appointments I have to go to that day. I drive my own car but need someone to accompany me on my daily errands as well as help me get the walker in and out of the car and to and from buildings in the winter/make sure I don't fall. Typically, hours will be 11 to 4 or 4:30. About the care needs: I am looking for someone with a positive and cheerful attitude. Occasionally I will need help around the apartment with cooking and cleaning because it is difficult for me to bend. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
