About who needs care: My mom doesn't get around well. She needs hip replacement of both hips but isn't strong enough for surgery. She uses a walker but still doesn't get around well. We need possibly some help with basic household jobs & help getting my mom out of the house into my vehicle for Dr. appointments. I can transport her to appointments but were having difficulty getting mom out of the house into my vehicle & then back into the house. Does Medicare cover for any home health care? About the care needs: Its both my parents in the home. My dad has Parkinson's & Is doing okay. I'm looking for someone that can do some physical therapy in the home with my mom. My parents enjoy playing cards. Needs to have a caring personality. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
