Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Creston

About who needs care: Used to walk with a walker but had a fall about 5 weeks ago and laid on her stomach for 11 hours unable to move or call for help. She's currently in the rehabilitation and has 2 more weeks of physical therapy left in there and then she has to go home or be moved over to the nursing home, which is very expensive. She would love to go back home whether she's in a wheelchair or not, but she definitely needs someone there to care for her 24/7. She lives at our family business in her house so people are there daily but they can't care for her like she needs and no one is able to be there after work/during the night. She lost my grandpa back in 2020 and has been pretty depressed ever since but this fall and the hospital stay have really taken a toll on her. She just wants to be back at home and we would love to make that possible for her! About the care needs: Caring and loving, someone who will treat my grandma like she's their own loved one. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
