About who needs care: Recently lost his wife unexpectedly. His primary language is Japanese. He is still mobile, can eat and bathe on his own. Needs some companionship, transportation to doctors appointments, and help with prescription pick ups from the pharmacy. Hobbies: golfing and Japanese tv programs Currently, he is grieving and alone so he needs someone to talk to. He is usually exhausted and loves laying down watching his shows. He gets feeling of shortness of breath but all doctors labs and tests show nothing is really wrong, except for some acid reflux. Leaving the house is not his favorite. He is very kind and funny and cognitively, he is still sharp. About the care needs: Japanese speaking and someone who can get him to smile and chuckle, remind him to eat, and take walks around his yard; as well as transportation to take him to doctors appointments, etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
