Caregiver + Personal Assistant (PT Evening Shift, 4-9PM)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - helping to keep him hydrated by pushing fluids - gentle stretching - repositioning him in his hospital bed; adjusting pillows + blankets - assisting with cough assist + suction during bouts of coughing - helping with the tv remote Covid vaccination required. Must be a non-smoker. While not required, preference for previous caregiving experience with a person who is unable to get our of bed and reliant on others for all care needs. If no experience in this area, must be enthusiastic to learn. Parking available; on major bus route. PART-TIME / 25-hours a week. SCHEDULE: 4-9 p.m. (or 5-10 PM) five nights per week This will be for up to 3 months on a trial basis beginning in Oct + can lead to a permanent role if a good fit.
