About the job
Light support needed for my senior parents - flexible on days and times (not daily, just as needed). They are mobility limited and rely on an indoor electronic wheelchair or a mobility scooter to get around. My mom is losing her eyesight and may need help with errands - either running them for her or with her - such as getting groceries, picking up meds from Longs in Kaimuki, breaking down Amazon boxes and putting them in the recycling bin, and taking out the rubbish. They may also need help getting to doctors appointments, which will require assembly of the electronic wheelchair (4 pieces under 20lbs each). There would not be a set schedule, so a good match for them would be someone who is close proximity to Chaminade, where the condo is, and who has some flexibility to help them with their support needs from time to time.
