About who needs care: Dementia patient who lives at home. Does not drive. Needs companion care. Needs to be driven to Friday Night dinner at 5 p.m. Need light housekeeping. Reminders for pills and shower but can do independently. Refill pill box would be helpful. Schedule appointments during times that can be driven. Including doctor appts. About the care needs: My mom is very easy going. Would like conversation. Would like someone to manage and encourage her to be more active and go for walks. She can play cards and scrabble if willing. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
