About who needs care: History of AFib and diabetes. She wants to learn to crochet but enjoys cooking and talking. Loves animals. Likes to go on car rides when feeling good. Enjoys crosswords and word search. About the care needs: Someone who enjoys conversation would be ideal. She enjoys talking about her life and family, and having someone who will engage with her does her good. She will be moving to our home for a while, so the caregiver must love animals. We have cats and dogs. Also, the caregiver will need a positive attitude. MIL tends to get discouraged easily and gives up. She needs to be encouraged to stand and walk. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
