Physical Therapist Needed To Assist With Standing And Sitting Up In Bed

My Dad has forgotten how to stand and to walk. He needs help learning to stand up from his recliner. He needs help to sit up in his bed, and to sit up and keep his back up. HE has strong upper body strength but has forgotten how to sit up in bed instead of lying down.
