Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Thomaston

About who needs care: My dad has COPD, congestive heart failure, and vision loss. He smokes 3 packs a day in his home. He does not engage in hobbies because of his poor vision. He mostly watches television. He moves between his bedroom and his kitchen. He has poor sleeping habits, so he sleeps on and off throughout the day. He would like someone to talk to and some assistance with things around the home on the days when I'm not there. About the care needs: No specialized skills are needed. The ideal candidate will need to be tolerant. He can be demanding and often thinks only of his own needs. Candidate must be amendable to the smoking. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
