About who needs care: We are looking for a caregiver primarily to assist with and supervise ambulation with a walker and transfers. He will need supervision to hands on assist with transfers in and out of the w/c and bed and on and off the toilet. He is a serious fall risk. Services needed include: As written above, help with mobility and transfers. This is the most crucial. Possible transportation, light meal preparation, possible errands / shopping, light housekeeping time permitting, possible bathing, help with dressing, medication reminders, and wound care. We would like to hire a CNA.
